Every room runs on a format we built and refined ourselves. It's designed to get you deeper and more honest fast, past the surface in the first forty minutes, every time. The structure does the work, so the conversation goes where it needs to go without anyone having to force it.

There's no paid facilitator at the front. The inaugural Room is always run by a founder, then each month a different member runs the room using that format. You learn to open a hard conversation, draw out the quiet one, hold eight-ish high-performers in the same place for three hours and actually get somewhere.

02 Interview

When we open in your city, if you fit on paper, we talk. Not a sales call. A conversation about how you think and what you're actually after. One of the three of us is on every interview.

03 Community input

Existing members can weigh in, and can say no. This is what keeps the room high-trust and the wrong people out.

04 Founder sign-off

A founder makes the final call on every single member. That's Melissa, Nick or James. Every time. No exceptions.

05 The Commitment Call

Before your first room, you talk to a founder. We finalise who you'll sit with, and make sure the room we've built around you is the right one. This activates your 60-day money-back guarantee, which runs from your first Room session.

06 You're in

The inaugural Room is always hosted by a founder. Members then take turns. With eight of you and ten meetings a year, your turn comes around once, maybe twice. Sometimes a founder runs it again instead. No paid facilitator at the front, by design.
